Here's how the program works, and it works by following a formula. The formula will work for the majority of business interests while maintaining a high level of brand identity and customization. The closer we can adhere to the formula, the easier and more affordable the program becomes.

Your video will usually be produced in a documentary style and will include a voice-over narration (VO), images of your business in action, and an appropriate music track. This style will work in the majority of instances.

Your video clip(s) will be delivered to you in different formats on a DVD disc. One version will be for your Website, along with a player file to play the video and the HTML code that will display the player and video on your Website. All your Webmaster has to do is copy and paste the code into the document at the place the video is to appear.

In addition to the Web files, you'll be able to play your video from the DVD in any standard DVD player.

In order for the video player to display and function properly, both the video file and the player file must reside in the same folder as the HTML file for the page in which the video is to appear. In other words, if the video is to appear on your Home Page, then the files must reside in the folder containing the HTML document that defines the Home Page.

This method works well and is designed for those with little or no experience in incorporating video into a Website HTML document. If you prefer, we can deliver the video file(s) in a format of your choice, which you can use at your own discretion.

THE PROCESS

We begin the process by talking with you, in person, on the phone or via e-mail, to discuss the process and to go over the points you want to cover in the video. Obviously, this step is important for many reasons, and it will let you know exactly what to expect during the production process.

It will take approximately 1-2 hours of your time at your location to shoot the video. Usually, only one videographer will be needed to shoot your video.

We'll start with a 15-20 minute one-on-one interview with one or two representatives of your business. This can be the owner, the manager, or anyone who can speak passionately about the business. This is how we obtain the sound bites that will serve as the narration for the video.

Next, the videographer will spend 30-45 minutes shooting B-roll, shots of your business that will compliment what was talked about in the interview. And that's it. We said it'd be easy!

EDITING

We'll edit the video and post the final clip on our Website in 24-48 hours for your approval. Minor changes can be made, but since we discuss the project before we shoot and edit, the need for changes should be minimal if any.

Once we receive your final approval, we'll put the files on the DVD and deliver it to you.
